4th of July

I love the 4th of July. I love all the red, white, and blue. I love how communities come together. I love our country. This year for the 4th we went down town and watched the annual parade. I always love Rexburg parades, they have the small town feel, everybody has a float from the local grocery store to the nursing home. After the parade we came home so Carter could take a nap and anxiously waited my families arrival for a short visit to Rexburg. Once they arrived we relaxed for a minute then headed to Idaho falls for some dinner and fireworks. Carter wasn't as excited about the fireworks as I thought he would be but I think that's because it was past his bed time by the time they finally started! Maybe next year...
