2 month stats

Today we had Carter's 2 month check up and his dreaded shots! He actually did really well with his shots, I was definitely freaking out more than him.

Here's his stats:

Height: 23 1/2 inches (62%)

Weight: 10 lbs. 3 oz. (7%)

I have a tall and skinny boy, I promise we feed him!
This is Carter and buddy, He loves him.The milestones Carter has hit by 2 months:
Smiles
Rolls over from tummy to back
Sits up in his bumbo chair
Can hold up his neck
Sleeps from 11:30 pm to 8:30 am waking up only once to be fed
He LOVES his baths
He is very interested in noises and where they are coming from
Is very content playing with his toys for about an hour at a time

WE LOVE HAVING THIS BABY BOY IN OUR LIVES!!

I love frozen yogurt, always have and always will. I feel like it is a million times better than ice cream and have convinved myself it is healthier too. However, I was starting to get tired of the slim selection we have in rexburg [MAV and millhollow], when heaven on earth was dropped down in the little caesars parking lot, TWIZL BERRY. It is a frozen yogurt shop with 16 self serve flavors and 50 self serve toppings.You can take as much as you want and pay about 30 cents an ounce. I have no idea how long it has been here but I am obsessing. So thank you twizl berry, you have given me something to obsess over that isn't my baby!

Sorry for the Carter overload but we just can't get enough of him! He started rolling over on sunday at only 6 weeks old!! Here is a video, ignore the fact that I am on the phone and stuttering like crazy.

Carter has learned how to consciously smile and it is the cutest thing in this whole world. He seriously can light up a room with his sweet smiles.My Camera broke so these are all iphone pictures, Hopefully we will get a new one soon so we can have some better pictures!

good parenting

Today I had a much needed hair appointment and Skyler stayed home with Carter.

This is what I came home to:

Dr.Pepper, Video games, Remote control, Cheez-its, Iphone, Mom's stolen snuggie, and of course he's got the baby too. Cracked me up!



In Carter news...He is getting so big. He gives me the biggest smiles and it completely melts my hearts. He is getting cuter and cuter everyday, AND he is sitting up in his bumbo chair now!!Cutest thing I have EVER seen!

Carter loves to sleep on his side and if we lay him on his back he will find a way to roll to his side. He LOVES his binky and if we don't give it to him he will suck his hand until he gets it. He is eating like a champ and I am pretty sure he is probably 7 pounds by now! We love him so much and just want to bottle up every second with him, I never want him to get bigger!
