cinco de mayo

This year Cinco De Mayo fell on a monday so OF COURSE we had to have a party for FHE. We decided that we were going to DECK out our apartment and make all kinds of mexican treats!! We had enchilada's, bean's, rice and Jarritto's. Everyone crammed into our small apartment talked, laughed, ate and of course danced to some Spanish music. (It was actually Portuguese because that's all Skyler has but no one knew the difference!!) This was nothing like a Cinco De Mayo celebration you would find back in Brentwood, but we all had a blast!!
